Leann brings more than 15 years of human resource experience to Greenough Consulting Group. Since joining the firm in 2000, she has provided HR counsel to a variety of companies ranging from startups to major corporations, and has served nearly 100 GCG clients to date.
Leann’s HR expertise spans everything from executive coaching to company wind-downs. She works with private equity, startup and midmarket clients who need support with due diligence, stock administration, employee relations, Reduction in Force (RIF) strategies, performance evaluations, and compensation programs.
She has successfully steered her clients through the challenges of the current business climate, finding creative solutions to reducing the work force, maintaining retention rates, handling employee relation matters and employing cost saving strategies for benefit programs. Her industry experience spans private equity, technology, business services, software, Internet, telecommunications, medical devices, semiconductor and retail/consumer goods.
Leann enjoys spending time with her family. She is an active member in her community and a vocal advocate for women’s health issues. Leann is on a board for the San Mateo Chamber of Commerce, has served as a member of the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations and is an active member of both the Society of Human Resource Management and the Northern California Human Resource Association.
