Prior to joining GCG, Andrea garnered extensive experience with high tech companies at the controller and VP level, including roles reporting directly to the CEO and engagements as an independent consultant. Prior companies include Cloudmeter (acquired by Splunk), Teros (acquired by Citrix), Crossing Automation, Lenovo, and Tandem Computers (acquired by Compaq). Andrea also has significant international experience, having worked in Singapore for more than two years in roles covering the Asia-Pacific region.
Andrea has bicycled halfway across Canada, ridden a camel in the Sahara, summited Mount Kilimanjaro, hiked to Machu Picchu, whitewater rafted in 9 countries, and lost on Jeopardy to the player with the 7th most wins. She enjoys cooking, making liqueur, and solving and constructing crossword puzzles.
