Greenough Consulting Group was founded in 1991 to provide interim financial, administrative and human resource management services to early stage companies and private equity firms who experience rapid change, and need back-end support. We're also called on to provide later stage companies with services such as merger and acquisition support, SEC reporting and orderly wind-downs or liquidations. With affiliates in London and India, we can take care of your business in the US and abroad (15% of our customers are international).
