Mary Jane has been a consulting CFO since 1995. She has an excellent combination of operational and financial expertise, having worked in various finance positions for eight years at Silicon Graphics after extensive technical accounting and SEC experience as a principal at Ernst & Young.

With experience in a wide range of industries-telecommunications, Internet,
software, computer hardware, leasing, retail and venture
capital, Mary Jane has also been a VP of Administration at a start-up
venture-backed firm.

She has been engaged by public companies to coordinate SEC filings and earnings restatements and has prepared private companies for financing.

She holds an MBA inFinance from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a certified public accountant.
