Mark is president and founder of Greenough Consulting Group (GCG).

With substantial experience in applying financial, operational and general management skills in hundreds of companies experiencing rapid change—in both high growth and business start-ups—and with his extensive knowledge of venture capital and public accounting, Mark is most adept in managing and directing change.

Prior to starting his first consulting practice in 1991, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer of US Venture Partners, Rocket Science Games and Meris Laboratories. He has also held executive and management positions with Ernst & Young and ITEL.

Mark holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Oregon, a BS in Accounting from the Oregon State University and is also a certified public accountant.
