Leann Proud
Leann has over 15 years of human resource experience in a wide variety of industries including private equity, technology start ups, business services, software, internet, telecommunications, medical devices, semiconductor and retail/consumer goods.
Leann has worked for companies ranging from major corporations to start ups and has been involved in merger and acquisitions, as well as company wind-downs.
Her generalist expertise encompasses all aspects of HR with specialties in policy and procedure, stock administration, benefits, and employee relations.
She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations and is an active member of both the Society of Human Resource Management and the Northern California Human Resource Association. Leann is currently studying to take the SPHR exam in early winter this year.
